Clinical Specialist for Trauma in MedTech sales, providing real-time technical support during surgeries, managing customer relationships, and delivering training. What you'd actually do

  1. Provide real-time clinical and technical support during trauma surgeries (80–90% of the role), ensuring accurate product usage and contributing to optimal procedural outcomes.
  2. Build and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with surgeons, nurses, and OR staff; understand clinical workflows, needs, and pain points.
  3. Deliver high-quality training sessions, in-services, and educational materials to healthcare professionals and internal teams on product features, benefits, and best-use techniques.
  4. Develop deep expertise in the company’s trauma portfolio, staying current with new technologies, techniques, and clinical applications.
  5. Ensure full adherence to hospital policies, regulatory requirements, and internal compliance guidelines; promote safe and effective product use at all times.

Skills

Required

  • Fluent English (spoken and written)
  • Strong learning agility and ability to master new technologies quickly
  • Strong ability to read, interpret, and synthesize clinical studies and scientific literature within relevant research domains
  • Ability and willingness to work long, irregular hours, including on-call shifts, evenings, weekends, and frequent presence in operating rooms
