What you'd actually do

  1. Deliver training programs (in-person and virtual) across multiple skill levels and audiences, including deployment and go-live training.
  2. Work in partnership with the Design Learning Consultants to review and provide recommended updates to training content and enablement assets (job aids, guides, scenario-based exercises) to reflect workflow and build changes.
  3. Apply adult learning principles and data-driven approaches to improve learner engagement and retention.
  4. Provide clinical subject matter expertise across a specific training program.
  5. Support change management and end-user adoption by identifying gaps, resistance points, and practical remediation strategies.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in nursing, Healthcare Administration, Learning & Development, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Licensed healthcare practice experience
  • Professional license (e.g., Registered Nurse)
  • Experience delivering EHR training
  • Experience in adult learning
  • Experience in coaching
  • Experience supporting end-user adoption in healthcare environments
  • Experience working cross-functionally with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders
