Clinical Trainer - Perioperative

Oracle Health Consulting is seeking an experienced Clinical Trainer for federal clients, focusing on large-scale EHR implementations and adoption efforts. The role involves delivering training programs, providing clinical subject matter expertise, supporting change management, assessing trainer effectiveness, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Experience with adult learning principles, workflow expertise, and potentially back-end/build knowledge is required.

What you'd actually do

  1. Deliver training programs (in-person and virtual) across multiple skill levels and audiences, including deployment and go-live training.
  2. Work in partnership with the Design Learning Consultants to review and provide recommended updates to training content and enablement assets (job aids, guides, scenario-based exercises) to reflect workflow and build changes.
  3. Provide clinical subject matter expertise across a specific training program.
  4. Assess trainer effectiveness and provide structured coaching through observations and 1:1 feedback sessions to improve delivery consistency and outcomes.
  5. Track and analyze training KPIs (e.g., satisfaction, completion, proficiency/skill improvements) and tailor training plans accordingly.
