Salesforce is seeking an Account Executive for their ANZ Enterprise sales team to evangelize Slack's value to new prospects and partner with existing customers to drive platform adoption and long-term success. The role involves managing the full sales cycle, acting as a strategic advisor, managing pipeline, coordinating cross-functionally, and serving as a customer advocate.

What you'd actually do

  1. Manage the full sales cycle to drive Annual Contract Value (ACV) within the Enterprise segment (2,000+ employees).
  2. Act as a trusted guide, providing tailored recommendations based on specific business needs and usage patterns.
  3. Lead multiple customers simultaneously through various stages of the buying cycle, from proactive outreach to closing.
  4. Balance customer communication and prioritise inquiries across billing, legal, security, and technical requirements.
  5. Serve as the voice of the customer, collecting feedback to drive continuous internal improvement.
