What you'd actually do

  1. Identify opportunities for Service Cloud in existing Salesforce Customer base & Prospects
  2. Create new leads from systematical prospecting of Service leaders
  3. Leverage business from new & established relationships.
  4. Define the contribution of a service transformation to an overall account specific vision and plan
  5. Define and pitch the specific value of a service transformation to prospect’s management

Skills

Required

  • Extensive experience in service applications and/or customer service operations management
  • Strong track record in selling Customer Service/Customer Engagement solutions to market / or implementing comprehensive service transformation in multinational companies
  • Proven understanding of customer service business, customer service operations, and buyer personas
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to succeed in a dynamic environment.
  • Proven ability to work well as part of an extended sales team.
  • Works well under pressure with a growth-oriented mindset
  • Detail-oriented with critical thinking and ability to translate business needs into Salesforce Solutions
  • Results-oriented, self-starter and adaptable in a highly matrixed structured organization
