This role is a Cloud & AI Digital Solution Area Specialist focused on driving AI transformation for customers within the mid-market segment. The specialist will act as a solution sales leader, collaborating with technical, partner, and consulting resources to advance sales processes, exceed revenue targets, and guide customers through their AI journey. Responsibilities include leading customer engagements, managing pipeline, orchestrating cross-functional teams, accelerating decision-making with business cases, and inspiring influence through technical fluency in cloud, data, and AI technologies. The role requires strong sales and account management experience, with a focus on selling business solutions related to Cloud Native, AI, or Data platforms.

What you'd actually do

  1. Act as the Cloud & AI sales lead, guiding customers through cloud transformation across infrastructure, data, and AI platforms. Address business and technical needs with demos, whiteboarding, and solution storytelling.
  2. Manage forecast and pipeline from early-stage to close. Use tools like Industry Account Plans (IAP), Landing Experience Plans (LXP), and checklists to execute territory planning and strategies and drive revenue.
  3. Partner with Account Executives, Solution Engineers, Cloud Solution Architects, and partners to co-sell, validate solutions, and ensure successful deployment through the Cloud & AI Marketplace.
  4. Engage decision-makers with clear business cases using Cloud & AI Pricing Calculator, ROI, and TCO tools. Scope proofs of concept and lead customers from commitment to consumption.
  5. Bring technical fluency and inclusive leadership to virtual teams. Solve challenges with expertise in virtualization, cloud-native tech, data modernization, and AI.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field AND 5+ years technology-related sales or account management experience OR 5+ years technology-related sales or account management experience.
  • Proficiency in written, reading, and conversational Brazilian Portuguese and English.
  • 4+ years solution or services sales experience.

Nice to have

  • Experience in technology related Sales/Solution Sales in a reputable software company.
  • A track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets
  • Experience engaging with mid-market or corporate customers, including managing multiple stakeholders and navigating moderately complex sales cycles.
  • Understanding of Microsoft Cloud & AI infrastructure, data, and AI application platforms, with the ability to articulate technical solutions to business and IT stakeholders.
  • Experience selling business solutions to global customers with a focus on Cloud Native, AI, or Data platform and analytics
