This role is for a Cloud & AI Specialist on the SME&C team at Microsoft, focusing on selling Azure cloud solutions, particularly in AI and data, to small, medium, and enterprise customers. The specialist will work with sales, technical, and partner teams to propose solutions, drive digital transformation, and maximize Azure's value. The role involves account management, leading virtual teams, and achieving consumption targets, with an emphasis on consultative selling and leveraging Microsoft's full suite of services, including AI and data platforms.

What you'd actually do

  1. Azureソリューションセールススペシャリストは、技術的専門知識を用いて重要なマネージド顧客を担当する、製品付きのアカウントマネジメント職です。
  2. アカウント担当、技術、サービスのリソースで構成される仮想チームを率いて、顧客課題を解決を提案し、担当アカウントにおける関連ワークロードの四半期ごとのAzure消費目標を達成/超過することを目指します。
  3. エグゼクティブ開拓およびアプローチにより、社内外の意思決定者を巻き込んでデジタルトランスフォーメーションのイニシアチブを明確に指し示し、Azureクラウドサービスがどのようにデジタルトランスフォーメーションを実現できるかを学ぶ情熱をお持ちの方を求めています。(製品説明ではなく、課題ヒアリングからの課題解決提案を重視します)

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 6+ years experience in core sales, partner sales, industry or solution selling, marketing, or business development OR equivalent experience.
  • Substantial, proven experience in cloud technology-related sales or account team management, with a strong record of driving revenue, managing complex customer relationships, and influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Language fluency in Japanese

  • Doctorate AND 5+ years experience in core sales, partner sales, industry or solution selling, marketing, or business development OR Master's Degree AND 8+ years experience in core sales, partner sales, industry or solution selling, marketing, or business development OR Bachelor's Degree AND 12+ years experience in core sales, partner sales, industry or solution selling, marketing, or business development OR equivalent experience.
