This role is a Cloud & AI Platforms Digital Sales Solution Specialist responsible for guiding organizations through their digital transformation by driving adoption of Microsoft's cloud infrastructure, data services, and AI solutions. The specialist will focus on modernizing infrastructure, improving analytics, and building intelligent applications, ensuring security and compliance. Key responsibilities include leading opportunity qualification, pipeline growth, collaborating with internal teams and partners, conducting customer workshops, delivering solution demonstrations, and accelerating cloud and AI adoption. The role emphasizes sales excellence, scaling, collaboration, industry awareness, and sales execution to achieve customer outcomes and drive business growth.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead the discovery and qualification of new opportunities for cloud-based infrastructure, data services and AI solutions by building long-term relationships and by understanding customer priorities, budgets, and procurement processes.
  2. Develop compelling business cases aligned to measurable outcomes and business strategy.
  3. Execution of creative competitive take out strategies to drive growth and increase share of wallet.
  4. Maintain a healthy pipeline and provide regular updates on progress, including driving growth in cloud-based infrastructure migration opportunities, large data transformations and service consumption projects in targeted accounts.
  5. Collaborate with account and technical teams to execute strategic plans for customer engagement, and coordinate internal and partner resources to deliver proof-of-concepts and minimum viable solutions.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field AND 5+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience
  • OR 6+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience.

Nice to have

  • Solution sales or consulting services sales experience
  • Microsoft Fundamental certifications across Azure, Data and AI.
