The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with customer-facing skills and a passion for solving complex challenges. You will work directly with customers throughout the solution lifecycle, from discovery and architecture design to proof of concept, deployment, and adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with sales teams to support cloud opportunities and customer engagements across the Public Sector segment.
- Collaborate with customers to understand business objectives, technical requirements, and modernization initiatives.
- Design and present Oracle Cloud architectures, technical workshops, demonstrations, and solution proposals.
- Support customers through the complete cloud adoption lifecycle, including discovery, proof of concept (POC), implementation planning, deployment, and enablement.
- Develop and implement cloud solutions using configuration, automation, scripting, and integration best practices when required.
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor, helping customers maximize the value of Oracle Cloud services.
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to ensure successful project outcomes and customer satisfaction.
- Create and share technical assets, including solution guides, reference architectures, demonstrations, blogs, and best practices.
- Provide technical expertise on cloud infrastructure, application modernization, data platforms, analytics, and emerging technologies.
- Continuously build technical and business knowledge to support evolving customer needs and industry trends.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience designing and implementing enterprise cloud solutions.
- Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and/or other leading cloud platforms.
- Experience with cloud migration, application modernization, data platforms, analytics, or related technologies.
- Strong customer engagement, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable and secure technical solutions.
- Experience working with public sector organizations or regulated environments is a plus.
- English and Spanish proficiency preferred.
