What you'd actually do

  1. Own production evolution and contribute to the vision and execution of our Cloud infrastructure roadmap for growing scale and business needs.
  2. Combine your software development expertise with infrastructure skills to design and build breakthrough, automated solutions for scale and self-service.
  3. Establish an AI-first driven approach, leading the development of agents to improve our observability, safeguards, self-service, ticket automation, and shift-left strategies.
  4. Proactively push for reliability improvements towards a 99.99% SLA and drive SaaS multi-tenant blast radius reduction.
  5. Be a mentor for other engineers in the group, helping them overcome difficult obstacles by simplifying design and fostering a high-performance culture of excellence.
