This role focuses on helping customers migrate, modernize, and secure their infrastructure and applications to lay the groundwork for scalable AI solutions on Azure. The Cloud Solution Architect will design resilient architectures, drive modernization initiatives, and ensure environments are optimized for AI use cases, working closely with IT decision makers and Microsoft engineering teams.

What you'd actually do

  1. Build trusted relationships with key customer IT decision makers to drive long-term cloud adoption and serve as the Voice of the Customer—sharing insights and removing blockers through collaboration with Microsoft engineering teams.
  2. Lead architectural design sessions and deliver secure, scalable, and resilient infrastructure solutions aligned to customer business goals using frameworks like CAF and WAF.
  3. Lead application modernization design sessions and deliver secure, scalable, and resilient solutions based on Azure PAAS (functions, Containers, AKS, …)
  4. Own the end-to-end technical delivery results, ensuring completeness and accuracy of consumption and customer success plans in collaboration with the CSAM.
  5. Drive migration and modernization initiatives, including committed proof of concept and production milestones, across infrastructure, data, and AI workloads.

Skills

Required

  • Experience designing and delivering secure, scalable, and resilient Apps & infrastructure solutions on Microsoft Azure
  • Hands-on experience leading migration and modernization initiatives across infrastructure, data, Apps, and AI workloads
  • Familiarity with Azure services including Azure SQL, PostgreSQL, AKS, App Service, AVS, Windows, Linux, and Defender for Cloud
  • Able to speak English and Spanish and use both in a business environment
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field OR equivalent experience
