This role focuses on designing and delivering solutions that modernize customer engagement and enable AI adoption, primarily within the Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Digital Contact Center space. The Cloud Solution Architect will work with stakeholders to create architectures that are secure, resilient, and cost-optimized, with a strong emphasis on leveraging AI capabilities within business applications.

What you'd actually do

  1. Guides customers and partners towards a well-architected, secure, resilient and AI-enabled solution that is cost and performance optimised.
  2. Identifies and translates customer and partner problems into industry solutions aligned with Microsoft product and platform strategy.
  3. Works closely with partner and sales teams to bring clarity to opportunities through proof of concept and technical pre‑sales support.
  4. Identifies gaps through delivery and connects patterns across business and technology to inform improvements to products, IP, technologies and processes.
  5. Provides thought leadership and innovation to customers, partners and internal communities.
