This role focuses on IP governance and skilling for partners within Microsoft's Customer Experience and Success organization, specifically related to Azure, ABS, and Security. The IP Governance Lead CSA maps existing skilling and IP to partner maturity frameworks, identifies gaps, and works with teams to develop new IP and skilling. The role also involves creating roadmap updates, developing playbooks, and advising partners on maturity. A key aspect is developing 'Agentic experiences' to close partner maturity gaps and tracking key performance indicators related to IP and skilling development and delivery.

What you'd actually do

  1. Understand the GSA roadmap for Proactive priorities for the Solutions Portfolio and publicly available skilling collateral
  2. Ensure Top 50 CSP partners fully understand the roadmap for Solutions Portfolio priorities by developing bi-annual roadmap updates for Solution Areas
  3. Work with GSA teams to deeply understand the mapping of IP in the Solutions Catalog and connect IP delivery to Partner Capability & Maturity attributes in the Practice Builder Assessments
  4. Partner with Practice Builder CSA counterpart to develop the CSAM Playbook for Practice Builder Action Planning
  5. Serve as a trusted advisor to Top 50 CSA Partner CSAMs to help map skilling and IP to gaps in Partner maturity
