This role focuses on building and developing Customer Success Practices (CSP) within partner organizations, aiming to deliver measurable outcomes across various Microsoft practices like Support, Azure, ABS, and Security. The Cloud Solution Architect will be responsible for end-to-end development of practice builders, including reporting, capability assessments, action planning, and execution. The role involves developing requirements for standard reports, building assessment questionnaires, creating action planning playbooks, and managing the logging of commitments. It also includes identifying business and technical IP aligned with solution area priorities, developing targeted skilling and solutions for partners, and managing the delivery of various enablement collateral. A key aspect is building 'Agentic' delivery experiences to reduce delivery costs and identifying ROI KPIs.

What you'd actually do

  1. Identify 4-5 beacon metrics to track Practice Building ROI monthly
  2. Design standard reports that will be provided to partners prior to conducting the Capability and Maturity assessment
  3. Develop the Capability & Maturity Assessment for Support, Azure, ABS, and Security Practice Builders
  4. Develop the CSAM playbook with clear mapping of enablement collateral (VBD, Webinar, Tech Talks, etc.) to attributes in Support Capability and Maturity Assessment
  5. Develop CSAM onboarding materials for UFP and Practice Builders
