This role is for a Cloud Solution Architect specializing in Microsoft Viva Glint and M365 Copilot, focusing on driving customer AI transformation and adoption. The role involves strategic advisory, technical expertise, and customer lifecycle management to create business value and ROI through AI-enabled solutions. It requires leveraging Copilot prompt engineering and agent-building expertise to scale AI adoption.

What you'd actually do

  1. Be a trusted advisor and drive business value through AI Transformation: Influence business and HR leaders through strategic advisory focused on employee experience and people success. Create business value by translating customer challenges into actionable solutions aligned to high ROI customer outcomes. Ensure a seamless, connected experience that fosters satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term value.
  2. Drive Customer Success: Lead architectural design, engaging with business and technical decision makers to drive intent and enable sustained usage of Viva Glint (including broader Viva Apps), SharePoint, and M365 Copilot, securing long-term customer success and renewal.
  3. Leverage Agentic AI: Use Copilot prompt engineering and Agent-building expertise to drive AI at scale. Lead ROI discussions and advise on AI-enabled business transformation.
  4. Explore growth opportunities: Partner with technical and sales teams to identify opportunities and develop tailored solutions to drive expansion and business value realization.
  5. Accelerate Customer AI Transformation Journey: Engage in relevant communities to share expertise, contribute to IP creation, prioritize IP re-use, and learn from others to help accelerate your customer’s AI transformation journey.

Skills

Required

  • 3+ years of Viva Glint Delivery experience
  • Proven experience in HR and/or employee engagement space
  • Willingness to learn new features and functionality of all Viva applications and M365 Copilot.
  • Strong understanding of data governance and security practices for all Viva applications and M365 Copilot.
  • Language Proficiency (fluent) in both Japanese and English
  • 4+ years' experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting

Nice to have

  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND 8+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting
  • Masters Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 6+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting
  • 4+ years experience working in a customer-facing role (e.g., internal and/or external).
  • 4+ years experience working on technical projects.
  • Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert, Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google, security certifications).
