This role is for a Cloud Solution Architect focused on Azure Infrastructure, enabling customers to achieve their outcomes by leveraging Microsoft's technology. The role involves developing customer relationships, providing technical expertise on Azure Infrastructure services for AI solutions, and guiding customers in architecting and deploying cloud infrastructure solutions in Azure to be AI Ready. The focus is on ensuring customers can operate AI solutions at scale by applying best practices and frameworks like CAF and WAF.

What you'd actually do

  1. You will develop relationships with key customer IT decision makers, who drive long-term cloud adoption within their company to enable them to be cloud advocates as well as be the Voice of the Customer and share insights and best practices and connect with Engineering teams to remove blockers.
  2. You will deliver excellence as you own your committed pipeline and ensure delivery in alignment with customer expectations
  3. You will develop opportunities to drive Customer Success business results by working with technical decision makers to ensure they understand Microsoft's Azure Infrastructure services required to operate AI solutions at scale, inclusive of value proposition and how they get value from their investment in the Microsoft technology.
  4. You will run Architectural Design Sessions to build plan for implementing solution –governing design in line with customer business goals and their technical environment as you use CAF Landing Zones to rapidly enable migrations, help build customer resiliency in priority areas including Networking, Zonal/multi-region and Security and prepare our customers for AI Innovation.
  5. You will demonstrate a Self-Learner mindset through continuous alignment of individual skilling to team/area demands and Customer Success goals as you accelerate customer outcomes and engage in relevant communities to share expertise, contribute to IP creation, prioritize IP re-sure and learn from others to help accelerate your customers transformation journey.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 4+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting
  • Mandarin speaking

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 8+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting
  • 4+ years experience working in a customer-facing role (e.g., internal and/or external).
  • 4+ years experience working on technical projects
  • Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google, security certifications)
