This role partners with customers, sales, engineering, and product teams to design, demonstrate, and deploy Oracle Cloud architectures that address customer business problems. It drives Oracle Cloud customer consumption by accelerating the adoption of Oracle cloud services, including discovery, design, and deployment. The role involves participating in customer engagements to collaboratively design and implement solutions, gathering requirements, developing architectures, and translating business needs into solutions. It also includes implementing solutions through code development and scripting, supporting customers from Proof of Concept (POC) through production deployment, and creating technical assets. The Cloud Solution Engineer serves as a technical point of contact for customers and sales on technical cloud solutions and customer success.

What you'd actually do

  1. Partners with customers, sales, engineering and product teams to design, demonstrate and deploy Oracle Cloud architectures that address customer business problems.
  2. Drives Oracle Cloud customer consumption by accelerating the adoption of Oracle cloud services including discovery, design and deployment.
  3. Responsible for participating in customer engagements to collaboratively design and implement solutions.
  4. May work directly with customers to gather requirements, develop architectures and translates business needs into solutions.
  5. Implements solutions and ensures successful deployments through code development and scripting.
