Cloud Solution Engineer responsible for designing, demonstrating, and deploying Oracle Cloud architectures to address customer business problems and drive cloud service adoption. This role involves engaging with strategic customers, gathering requirements, developing architectures, and potentially implementing solutions through code development and scripting. The engineer will also create technical assets, serve as a technical lead for customers and sales, and influence engineering roadmaps. The role requires deep technical and business skills, with potential interaction with C-level executives and mentoring of others.

What you'd actually do

  1. Partners with customers, sales, engineering and product teams to design, demonstrate and deploy Oracle Cloud architectures that address customer business problems.
  2. Drives Oracle Cloud customer consumption by accelerating the adoption of Oracle cloud services including discovery, design and deployment.
  3. Engages with strategic customers, builds leadership relationships at multiple levels within organizations in order to design and implement solutions.
  4. Works directly with customers to gather requirements, develop architectures and translates business needs into solutions.
  5. May implement solutions and ensure successful deployments through code development and scripting.
