We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused Cloud Solution Engineer (CSE) to join the Acquire team. In this role, you will work closely with sales, product, engineering, and customer stakeholders to design, demonstrate, and support innovative cloud solutions that accelerate customer acquisition and business growth.
The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise in cloud technologies with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You will act as a trusted technical advisor, helping customers understand the value of our cloud offerings and guiding them through solution architecture, integration strategies, and technical adoption.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with cloud platforms and cloud-native architectures.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, APIs, networking, security, and integrations.
- Experience supporting pre-sales, customer-facing technical discussions, or solution engineering activities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional and global teams.
- Problem-solving mindset with strong analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) or other major cloud providers.
Knowledge of SaaS, enterprise applications, and integration patterns.
Experience with automation, DevOps, or Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
Cloud certifications are a plus.
Partner with sales and business teams to support customer acquisition initiatives.
Design and present scalable cloud architectures and technical solutions aligned with customer needs.
Deliver technical demonstrations, workshops, and proof-of-concepts (PoCs).
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to provide customer feedback and influence product improvements.
Support solution deployment, troubleshooting, and technical enablement activities.
Stay up to date with cloud technologies, industry trends, and competitive offerings.
