This role is a commercial leadership position responsible for shaping and executing strategies to penetrate and scale the private market for obesity treatments in Korea. It involves developing go-to-market models, building strategic partnerships with private ecosystem players (clinics, telehealth, pharmacies), and driving commercial results through innovative engagement models and value propositions. The role also involves shaping private market access and policy advocacy, working with internal and external stakeholders to navigate regulatory complexities and demonstrate ROI.

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 7 to 10+ years of work experience in Sales & Marketing, PRA or Finance
  • Analytics and/or forecasting experience
  • Strong business acumen, market understanding
  • Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent self-management and organizational skills

Nice to have

  • Post-graduate degree or MBA
  • 10+ years in PE market development, strategic partnerships, or commercial leadership in pharma, medtech, employer benefits, insurance, or digital health
  • Strong global private healthcare networks & C-suite relationships
  • Experience designing novel access & pricing models
