Co-op, Materials Science, Electrosynthesis

Lila Sciences Lila Sciences · AI Frontier · One Charles Park, Cambridge, MA · Autonomous Science Platform

This role supports Lila's electrosynthesis program by conducting experiments, characterizing materials, and generating experimental data. The role collaborates with engineering, software, and data teams to refine experimental workflows and contributes to building autonomous laboratory workflows in electrochemical sciences.

What you'd actually do

  1. Conduct electrosynthesis experiments using established protocols and safety standards.
  2. Characterize products, electrolytes, and electrodes using complementary analytical techniques.
  3. Analyze, visualize, and quality-control experimental data.
  4. Troubleshoot instruments, workflows, and data issues.
  5. Maintain thorough, well-organized experimental documentation.

Skills
