This role is a marketing co-op focused on brand strategy for Xfinity. The co-op will work with AI platforms and tools to understand how the Xfinity brand is represented and optimized across various AI touchpoints, including auditing AI platforms like ChatGPT and Gemini, developing AI-optimized content, and analyzing competitor presence in AI-generated responses. The role involves supporting planning, voice, and visual teams, and socializing AI strategy learnings.

What you'd actually do

  1. Help shape how the Xfnity brand shows up across all consumer touchpoints
  2. Define how AI tools can push our brand practice forward, by informing new ways of approaching business challenges across various platforms and tools
  3. Build frameworks and best practices that help Xfinity’s brand stay accurate, competitive, and differentiated as AI powered discovery continues to reshape consumer behavior
  4. Assist with projects across the core Brand strategy functions of Planning, Voice, and Visuals
  5. Audit how Xfinity appears across leading AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity), and identify opportunities to improve brand representation and accuracy

Required

  • Basic understanding of or interest in the marketing funnel, brand positioning, and consumer journeys
