This is a co-op position for a Campus Tour Ambassador at Comcast, focusing on providing guided tours of the company's headquarters, coordinating tour logistics, and contributing to the overall success of the tour program. The role involves acting as a brand ambassador and educating visitors about Comcast's history, culture, technology, and products.

What you'd actually do

  1. Serve as an ambassador of the Comcast NBCUniversal brand as part of a comprehensive tour program showcasing Comcast’s headquarters campus.
  2. Independently lead 75-minute campus tours for internal and external stakeholders, executive leaders, student groups, and VIP guests.
  3. Coordinate and support tour program daily operations, including client communications, data reporting, and other short-term and long-term program initiatives.
  4. Contribute to other various projects and initiatives within Experiential Content, based on area of study and skill set.
  5. Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.

Skills

Required

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree from Drexel University, with a cooperative learning track.
  • Available to work 40 hours per week for 6 months starting September 22, 2026, through March 26, 2027.
  • Authorized to work in the United States with no current or future sponsorship needs
  • Available to report in-person to the work location on the job posting

Nice to have

  • Strong written, oral, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to memorize 75-minute tour script and deliver consistently multiple times per day, several days per week.
  • Ability to effectively interface with diverse audiences including Comcast employees, executive leaders, elected officials, and student groups.
  • Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships.
  • Excellent judgment, attention to detail, and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Preferred majors include but are not limited to: Tourism/Hospitality Management, Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Political Science, Production, Business Administration, Operations Management, International Studies.
