This is a co-op position focused on employee engagement and volunteerism programs within Comcast's Impact and Inclusion team. The role involves assisting with the planning and execution of volunteer opportunities, communication, data collection, and nonprofit research, with the goal of fostering community impact.

What you'd actually do

  1. Collaborate closely with the employee engagement team to create seamless employee engagement experiences
  2. Function as a key member of the team to plan and execute all volunteerism and giving programs and initiatives
  3. Demonstrate the ability to work on large-scale programs and projects with concurrent deadlines
  4. Take ownership of and improve creative communications
  5. Edit and proof internal and external employee engagement communications
