This co-op role focuses on analyzing data to identify fraud and credit risk trends for Comcast's Xfinity products. The co-op will research, analyze outlier data, communicate findings to stakeholders, and identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency gains. The role involves reporting on fraud performance and contributing to data-based decision-making.

What you'd actually do

  1. Analyze data to identify patterns of potentially fraudulent activity and if identified risk areas of the businesses are conducting operations in accordance with established policies/procedures.
  2. Effectively communicate findings from their data analysis.
  3. Discover and pitch automation opportunities.
  4. Create slides for divisional leadership explaining current high-level fraud & credit trends.
  5. Provide bi-weekly fraud performance updates to credit & fraud teams, including senior leadership.
