This is a co-op position in HR/Workforce Analytics and Data Science. The role involves analyzing workforce data, building forecasting models, evaluating incentive plans, and applying analytical techniques to inform HR and business strategy. The co-op will use programming skills to aggregate, transform, and analyze data, and communicate findings through data storytelling.

What you'd actually do

  1. Analyze workforce data using statistical and analytical methods to identify trends and insights related to headcount, compensation, hiring, attrition, internal mobility, and productivity
  2. Build forecasting models to support sales target planning and quantify how different business performance scenarios impact individual commission earnings
  3. Partner with compensation and sales compensation teams to evaluate incentive plan effectiveness, payout distributions, and return on investment
  4. Apply analytical techniques to assess alignment between employee performance, compensation outcomes, and broader business results
  5. Translate ambiguous business and HR questions into structured analytical approaches and actionable insights
