User Acceptance Testing Lead role in Commerce Payments at JPMorgan Chase, focusing on disciplined testing in Agile environments to deliver user experiences and value to customers. Responsibilities include documenting test data, scripts, and cases, partnering with testing leads, assisting developers in problem resolution, designing manual test scripts, planning and executing application testing, providing testing support for complex programs, and managing defects. Requires 6+ years of QA/UAT experience in financial services, expertise in Automation Testing Framework (UDF & Cucumber), familiarity with Credit Card Payments, Third Party Wallets, and Tokenization, and experience with BDD/TDD, SDLC, and Agile methodologies. Hands-on mobile testing experience and proficiency in Excel macros are also required.

What you'd actually do

  1. Document & prepare of Credit Card Test Data, Test Scripts and Test Cases based on journeys.
  2. Partner with overall testing Lead and testing teams to assist in testing large, highly visible cross functional initiatives.
  3. Assist application developers and payment services team in identifying and resolving problems.
  4. Design, develop, and assist in the creation of manual test scripts.
  5. Assist in the planning and execution of application testing, working with process owners, business and Digital product managers, functional areas, customer experience/design teams and development to execute complex test strategies involving internal Chase applications, third party vendor applications/microsites, as well as desktop and/or mobile applications.
