This role is for a Commercial Account Executive at ClickHouse, a company specializing in real-time analytics and data warehousing, which also supports AI workloads. The AE will be responsible for closing six-figure cloud deals, building a pipeline, navigating complex sales cycles, and evangelizing ClickHouse's vision to drive adoption. While the company supports AI workloads, the role itself is a sales position and not directly involved in building or researching AI.

What you'd actually do

  1. Close consistent six figure Cloud deals while building a strong pipeline of both high velocity and strategic opportunities.
  2. Navigate complex sales cycles with confidence — aligning technical champions and executive stakeholders to secure strategic commercial commitments.
  3. Build and own your territory — generating pipeline, progressing opportunities, and closing short term Cloud monthly contracts while simultaneously developing longer-term enterprise business.
  4. Evangelise ClickHouse’s vision and differentiated cloud-native architecture to drive adoption across fast-scaling, digitally native organisations.
  5. Drive awareness and adoption of ClickHouse Cloud, positioning it as the data engine of choice for real-time analytics, observability, and AI-powered workloads.

Skills

Required

  • Proven ability to manage cross functional resources
  • Expertise aligning cloud solutions with customer business needs, challenges, and technical requirements
  • 5+ of experience in open source software business models preferred; strong background in cloud and infrastructure software required
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Professional fluency in Swedish or Danish (written and spoken)

  • Experience working effectively in a remote-first, global organization
