Salesforce is seeking a Commercial Account Executive in Spain to sell their AI CRM platform. The role involves understanding customer business challenges, collaborating with internal teams, and driving pipeline growth. While the company heavily emphasizes AI and uses AI tools in recruiting, the core function of this role is sales, not direct AI/ML development or research.

What you'd actually do

  1. Serve as a trusted digital advisor to current and prospective customers, deeply understanding their business challenges and goals to deliver tailored Salesforce solutions.
  2. Collaborate cross-functionally with co-primes, solutions architects, and sales engineers to build and execute winning account strategies.
  3. Evangelize the Salesforce platform to help customers reach their business goals and drive measurable impact within their organizations.
  4. Contribute to pipeline growth through proactive inbound and outbound prospecting and disciplined sales forecasting.

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years of technology sales experience
  • Proven track record of net new business development
  • Consistent quota overachievement in the Spanish market
  • Solid sales forecasting abilities
  • Demonstrated revenue achievement
  • Proficiency in Spanish and English
