What you'd actually do

  1. Develop key customer stakeholder relationships and drive customer satisfaction at assigned accounts, aligned to their business objectives
  2. Coordinate internal Salesforce resources and perform account planning, partnering with Prime and Cloud sales teams to ensure strategic alignment
  3. Drive growth within existing accounts and develop new opportunities through warm leads and whitespace prospecting
  4. Share the Salesforce value proposition with existing and prospective customers and help them realize value from their Salesforce investments

Skills

Required

  • 3+ years of full cycle, field-based sales experience
  • Proven track record of managing customer accounts to drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities, or acquiring new logo accounts
  • Ability to build and deliver compelling presentations to customers and C-suite stakeholders
  • Ability to strategize and collaborate effectively with a large, extended team

Nice to have

  • 5–10 years of full cycle sales experience with a focus on technology or SaaS solutions
  • Experience selling into Financial Services accounts (Banking, Insurance, or Wealth & Asset Management)
  • Familiarity with the Salesforce platform and Customer 360 solutions
  • Experience in competency-based selling; we evaluate experience across extracurricular leadership, military service, volunteer roles, and work history
