Skills

Required

  • 3+ years of sales experience
  • 2 years specifically in SaaS or Martech in a new logo acquisition role
  • Proven track record of managing SMB or Commercial-sized deals with multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to build relationships with internal (BDRs, Marketing, Ops, Partnerships) and external (clients, agencies) stakeholders
  • Energetic, results-oriented individual who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment
  • Track record of using data to inform decision-making and managing pipeline accurately
  • Results-oriented, highly motivated attitude and the ability to work independently to execute sales strategies
  • Experimented with AI in work or personal projects and are excited to responsibly explore new AI tools to make your work smarter and more efficient
  • Eligible to work in Australia without restrictions
  • Exemplary presentation and communication skills
  • Strong sense of curiosity with a bias towards action
  • Proficiency with tools such as Salesforce, Gong, Clari
  • Experience with structured sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDICC, Command of the Message)
