Commercial Agency Support Representative

This role is a customer support representative for GEICO's commercial independent agency channel, assisting agents and their customers with policy sales and service. It requires customer service experience, communication skills, and the ability to handle a high volume of calls in a fast-paced environment.

What you'd actually do

  1. Take incoming calls and provide expert guidance to support the growth of our independent agency channel.
  2. Be the first contact for agents and their customers: answering coverage and underwriting questions, supporting policy changes, and providing troubleshooting support for both sales and service functions.
