Commercial Banking International Onboarding Associate

This role is for an International Onboarding Associate in Commercial Banking at JPMorgan Chase. The associate will manage product implementation and account opening for international clients, support onboarding teams, and ensure resolution of risks and issues. They will also provide expertise on international regulatory requirements and support global onboarding initiatives. A key requirement is AI Literacy, including understanding Generative AI tools and prompt engineering to enhance client experience.

What you'd actually do

  1. Manage standard product implementation and account opening requests for international Commercial Banking clients, including supporting onboarding teams on cross-region implementation deals.
  2. Manage onboarding activities via phone, telepresence, email and in person with clients together with internal business partners
  3. Own and drive identification, transparency, escalation, and resolution of risks and issues to closure
  4. Provide subject matter expertise for international regulatory requirements, products, documentation, and services
  5. Responsible for informational ad-hoc inquiries relating to onboarding and product implementation

Skills

Required

  • At least 3 years of experience in any combination of the following areas: operations, project management, accounting, technology, analytics, training, or process improvement, with exposure to client interactions.
  • Good organizational skills both personally and across working team to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment (time management and attention to detail)
  • AI Literacy: Understanding how to use Generative AI tools effectively, prompt engineering, and adapting these tools to enhance client experience.
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable to a changing, dynamic work environment
  • Strong communication skills, especially analytical, written and presentation skills.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in languages besides English would be an added advantage
