This role focuses on growing commercial vehicle sales and promoting Ford Pro's integrated solutions (sales, software, financing, charging, service) by working with Commercial Vehicle Centers (CVC) Dealers. Responsibilities include achieving performance objectives, developing dealer business plans, identifying market opportunities, managing compliance, and supporting fleet accounts. The role requires field sales experience, strong relationship-building, communication skills, and the ability to travel.

What you'd actually do

  1. Work with CVC Dealers to achieve key Balance Scorecard performance objectives.
  2. Grow Core Commercial vehicle sales and market share with assigned CVC Dealers.
  3. Review, counsel, and approve annual CVC Dealer business plans.
  4. Work with CVC dealers to efficiently utilize CVC benefits and implement plans for growth.
  5. Identify market opportunities to add/remove Dealers to the CVC network.

  • Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Power Point skills are a must.
