What you'd actually do

  1. Lead drafting and negotiation of commercial customer contracts.
  2. Intellectual Property subject matter expert in the commercial contracting team, owning drafting, negotiating, and advising on strategic licensing transactions, Intellectual Property components of corporate transactions, and other complex Intellectual Property transactions.
  3. Assist in open source software management, managing safe product development with in-licensed components, safeguarding and growing Palantir's Intellectual Property portfolio, and advising on product marketing matters.
  4. Support the continuous improvement of standard form agreements and legal processes.
  5. Assist in defining and building infrastructure to effectively deliver legal support in a scalable manner to Palantir's rapidly expanding customer portfolio.
