What you'd actually do

  1. Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, with a primary focus on GTM/Sales transactions in EMEA, including enterprise customer contracts
  2. Partner with sales, business development, and operations teams to design and implement strategies that support high-growth go-to-market initiatives.
  3. Monitor and interpret evolving European legal and regulatory developments, including data protection, technology, and AI-related frameworks, and apply this knowledge to contract drafting and risk assessment.
  4. Develop, maintain, and localize contract templates, playbooks, and policies to reflect regional requirements and industry best practices.
  5. Provide clear, pragmatic, and commercially focused legal advice to cross-functional teams, tailoring advice to enable responsible growth and innovation.

Skills

Required

  • Law degree and qualification to practice law in a relevant EMEA jurisdiction
  • 5+ years of relevant post-qualification legal experience
