Commercial Counsel, GTM role supporting Go-to-Market teams with enterprise agreements and customer negotiations, as well as research collaborations and product partnerships. Focuses on legal aspects of AI technology deployment and responsible AI development.

What you'd actually do

  1. Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, with a primary focus on GTM/Sales transactions including enterprise customer contracts
  2. Partner closely with Sales and Go-to-Market teams to support deal velocity and provide practical legal guidance
  3. Help build and maintain our commercial legal infrastructure, including contract templates, playbooks, and process improvements
  4. Potentially partner with Policy, Safeguards, and Research teams on novel AI governance initiatives
  5. Identify and escalate legal risks appropriately while supporting business momentum

  • JD and active membership in at least one U.S. state bar
  • 3-5 years of legal experience
