This role manages distributor and service channel partners to drive sales growth, service excellence, and customer engagement in Indonesia for Johnson & Johnson's healthcare products. It involves developing and executing commercial and marketing plans, managing third-party service providers, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

What you'd actually do

  1. Manage end-to-end business operations through appointed distributors to ensure achievement of sales targets, market growth, and customer penetration.
  2. Develop and execute distributor-led commercial and marketing plans aligned with country business strategies and industry dynamics.
  3. Manage capital equipment service performance (preventive maintenance and repairs) through appointed third‑party service providers.
  4. Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical business practices.
  5. Partner closely with internal functions including Marketing, Professional Education, Supply Chain, and Regional Service teams to ensure distributors receive adequate operational and technical support.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in distributor management, channel marketing, commercial operations, or service management, preferably within healthcare, medical devices, or pharmaceuticals.
  • Demonstrated experience managing third‑party distributors or service providers.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a hybrid working environment.
