What you'd actually do

  1. Develop key customer stakeholder relationships and drive customer satisfaction at assigned accounts.
  2. Develop and drive the overall long-term account strategy, aligned to customer business objectives, coordinating internal Salesforce resources and Prime and Cloud sales teams.
  3. Share the Salesforce value proposition for existing and new customers, building opportunities through warm leads and whitespace prospecting.
  4. Drive growth within assigned accounts through upsell, cross-sell, and new logo acquisition.

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years of full cycle sales experience
  • at least 3 years in a field sales role
  • Proven experience managing customer accounts to drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and/or acquiring new logo accounts.
  • Ability to build and deliver presentations and strategize with a large extended team.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop C-suite relationships and drive customer satisfaction at scale.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling into Consumer Business Services industries including Travel, Transportation, Hospitality, or related verticals.
  • Experience will be evaluated based on core competencies for the role (e.g., extracurricular leadership, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience).
