Salesforce is seeking an Account Executive to sell their AI CRM platform, focusing on existing customers and new leads within the Telecommunications, Media, and Technology Industries. The role involves developing customer relationships, strategizing account growth, and coordinating internal resources to meet customer needs.

What you'd actually do

  1. Develop key customer stakeholder relationships and drive customer satisfaction at assigned accounts
  2. Develop and drive the overall long-term strategy for the account, aligned to customer business objectives
  3. Coordinate internal Salesforce resources to meet customer business needs
  4. Perform account planning at assigned accounts, coordinating with Prime and Cloud sales resources to ensure strategic alignment
  5. Share Salesforce value proposition for existing and/or new customers
  6. Drive growth within an existing assigned account
