Expedia Group is hiring a Commercial Graduate for their Prague office, starting September 2026. This program offers exposure to the travel ecosystem, focusing on Partner Growth & Agility within the Travel Partners & Advertising division. Responsibilities include reaching out to potential hotel/vacation rental partners, applying sales techniques, understanding partner needs, and developing market knowledge. Requires a recent undergraduate degree, willingness to relocate, fluency in English and another European language, and no more than 2 years of professional experience. The role is in sales, account management, or client success.

What you'd actually do

  1. Reach out to potential hotel or Vacation Rental (VR) partners: You'll make calls to speak to current Expedia Group partners, helping to grow and optimize accounts and build strong client relationships.
  2. Learn and apply sales techniques: You'll work with your team to drive results by developing and applying different sales strategies to promote and negotiate the current portfolio of products to hotel partners.
  3. Understand partner needs: Through phone conversations, data analysis, and research, you'll identify what partners need and be able to recommend the best solutions and next steps.
  4. Develop market knowledge: You will build a strong understanding and knowledge of the industry and competitive landscape.

What the JD emphasized
