What you'd actually do

  1. Define and lead the category strategy across pricing, promotions, and assortment, identifying the highest-impact opportunities to drive sustainable, consumer-led growth.
  2. Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights by leading deep-dive analyses on performance drivers, customer behavior, and promotional effectiveness.
  3. Partner closely with Consumer Growth and Commercial teams to shape growth bets, set priorities, and ensure alignment with overall business economics.
  4. Deliver high-impact recommendations to senior stakeholders and retail partners, using compelling, insight-led storytelling to influence decisions and unlock growth.
  5. Act as a trusted advisor to key merchant partners, positioning Uber as a strategic growth partner through data-driven guidance on range, pricing, and promotions.
