GEICO is seeking a Commercial Independent Agency Support Agent to assist customers and agency partners with insurance policy sales and service. This role involves handling incoming calls, answering coverage and underwriting questions, supporting policy changes, and providing troubleshooting support. The position requires customer service experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment.

What you'd actually do

  1. Take incoming calls and provide expert guidance to support the growth of our independent agency channel.
  2. Be the first contact for agents and their customers: answering coverage and underwriting questions, supporting policy changes, and providing troubleshooting support for both sales and service functions.
