Commercial Lead for Uber Eats SMB segment in Mexico, responsible for driving growth, managing a team, and achieving regional quotas. Focuses on relationship management, strategic account planning, data analysis, and business development within the food tech industry.

What you'd actually do

  1. You will lead your team to build trusted relationships with restaurant partners and co-create growth plans. You will also lead them to develop, prioritize, and implement strategic growth plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams, aligning with both market opportunities and customer needs.
  2. You will manage to targets (quota, KPIs/OKRs), build capacity and coverage plans, inspect dashboards and pipeline health, and course-correct quickly to keep the team on track and hitting goals.
  3. You will analyze performance data to identify root causes, prioritize actions, and translate insights into plans. You will also perform quantitative, qualitative, and financial analyses to deeply understand the restaurant industry, bringing actionable insights to the table and fostering data-driven decisions.
  4. You will lead the team to uncover, qualify, and win new opportunities to meet and exceed business targets.
  5. You will work closely with Operations, Sales, and other internal teams to address merchant questions, resolve issues, and deliver exceptional relationship management.
