Job Description
As a commercial legal counsel at Wix, you’ll take on exciting legal challenges and tackle complex issues while supporting Wix’s success. In your day-to-day, you will:
- Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize commercial contracts, including software license agreements, services agreements, lease agreements, and more
- Collaborate with various teams like Procurement, Finance, Security, Facilities, HR, and Operations on commercial contracting matters to support business goals
- Provide practical, business-oriented legal advice and recommendations to stakeholders on a variety of legal and business issues
- Create, maintain, and improve standard templates, business processes, and internal policies
- Stay updated on applicable international laws and regulations
- Work with external counsel to implement business-enabling solutions
- Play a key role in safeguarding Wix’s legal interests and driving its success

Qualifications
- 5-6+ years of experience as a commercial lawyer in a global high-tech company or top-tier law firm’s high-tech/commercial department
- Bachelor’s law degree from a leading academic faculty and qualification to practice law in Israel
- Significant experience in drafting, negotiating, and finalizing commercial agreements independently
- Mother-tongue level English and excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Hebrew
- Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and business-oriented approach
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with excellent multitasking and project management skills
- Experience in contract drafting, negotiations, and commercial transaction law
