Sales Engineer role focused on supporting sales teams by providing technical expertise, product demonstrations, and evaluations to prospective customers. This role acts as a bridge between customers and product teams, relaying feedback and helping to resolve technical issues.

  2. 新しい技術を継続的に学習し、競争力のある知識、技術スキル、信頼性を構築する
  3. 潜在的な顧客との製品および技術的なプレゼンテーションの実施
  4. プロダクトチームと直接コミュニケーションを取り、機能リクエストについて協力すること
  5. 顧客が製品を使いこなすのを助け、障害に直面したときに支援する

Skills

Required

  • Knowledge and experience in DevOps monitoring or architecture tools
  • Experience and confidence in delivering technical presentations/demos to external customers or internal teams
  • Ability to think creatively about various challenges
  • Experience with system administration (Windows or Linux)
