Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Commercial Operations Manager APAC to deploy and drive execution of Capital Planning Processes and systems for the DS business in APAC. This role involves managing field assets and inventory, partnering with Supply Chain and Finance for capital allocation, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. The position requires a BA/BS degree, 5+ years of relevant experience, and knowledge of the Orthopedics business and supply chain.

What you'd actually do

  1. To support the development of & execute the commercial operations strategies for the APAC Orthopedics business
  2. Deploy & continue to refine the design and execution of the FOL into the APAC markets.
  3. Work with the supply chain & marketing teams to ensure we have the systems / processes in place to effectively manage the field assets & inventory of new and existing brands
  4. Partner with Supply Chain and Finance within the region to drive our capital allocation process; support deployment of capital planning tools to ensure alignment of commercial revenue and capital planning
  5. Work with Marketing and Supply Chain teams to ensure APAC IBP output is fully aligned to our business objectives

Skills

Required

  • BA/BS required
  • Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience with continuous & proven track record
  • Knowledge of key business units in Orthopedics
  • In depth knowledge of the Orthopedics Supply Chain & IBP processes
