This role focuses on partnering with customers to drive revenue transformation using Gong's AI Operating System. It involves architecting workflows, accelerating adoption, and realizing business results by operationalizing the use of Gong's AI features. The role requires understanding revenue team operations and change management to demonstrate Gong's ROI and strategic value.

What you'd actually do

  1. Partner with senior GTM leaders to design and execute strategies that modernize their revenue operations through Gong’s AIOS
  2. Map current-state customer processes to AI-driven workflows that translate to revenue outcomes
  3. Execute adoption initiatives that drive behavior change and embed Gong into daily team rhythms
  4. Use data-driven insights to quantify measurable business outcomes that demonstrate Gong’s ROI and strategic value
  5. Own the renewal strategy and execution, partnering with cross functional teams on growth

Skills

Required

  • 1-3+ years proven experience in customer facing customer success, account management, implementation or similar role in a B2B SaaS company
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Data-driven mindset with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes
