Commercial Sales Manager for Notion Korea, responsible for leading a team of Account Executives to build pipeline, generate revenue, and expand strategic customer accounts. This role involves owning territory strategy and execution, defining sales motions, and providing customer feedback to shape the product roadmap. The ideal candidate has extensive sales leadership experience and a builder mentality, with a curiosity for adopting AI tools.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead a team of Account Executives who handles full cycle sales activities, including: prospecting/building pipeline, developing new potential accounts, expanding existing customers, and renewing an install base
  2. Own the strategy of your team’s territory, including how the team maximizes the revenue it is generating and retaining
  3. Own the execution of your team’s strategy, including the team forecast and pipeline generation
  4. Work with cross functional partners to build playbooks and define our sales motion
  5. Liaise with our incredible user base to provide world class customer experience

  • 7+ years of full cycle sales at a fast growing software company
  • 3+ years of leading a sales organization at a fast growing software company
  • Strong leader who builds cross functional relationships inside and outside of sales
  • A track record of leading high performing teams who exceeding their quotas
  • A phenomenally strong communicator
  • A strong ability to analyze data to build thoughtful strategies
