Skills

Required

  • Minimum of 12 months customer facing service experience
  • Ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing
  • Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
  • Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent

Nice to have

  • Associates Degree preferred
  • Experience providing outstanding customer service
  • Solid computer and multi-tasking skills
  • 2 or more years of customer facing service experience
  • An active P&C license
  • Commercial Insurance Service experience
  • Associates Degree
